To put it quite simply, my goal with this blog is to inform more people about what is happening in the Oakland / Berkeley / Emeryville metropolitan area real estate market. That way buyers can be fully informed of what their checkbook can afford them in today's market & sellers know their options given today's current market trends. Within this blog I will include articles, listings, videos, . . etc all pursuant to the purchase &/or sale of real estate.
